The Traveling Liberty Bell does so much
for so many as it travels from event to event throughout our Nation honoring veterans, it is
time we support the cause.
David Hall is the owner/operator
and recently was in an accident which involved The Bell. He needs your

Future Rider Patch
Wow now this is cool. At
least your children or grandchildren would think so. In fact any child would
love to have his own patch that is a rendition of the colors that The
American Legion Riders wear.
When
a child looks up and sees The American Legion Riders colors they can now
stand tall knowing that they wear a patch that says, "I too am part of this
family. I am a Future Rider."

Killed In Action
The AL Pony Express has been given the
honor, by the K.I.A. Founder, to deliver these items to those who we
serve.
A few years ago a soldier was at
military memorial service, the sun was going down the POW/MIA was
still flying. A soldier complained to why that flag was still flying
over a graveyard. Didn't they know that the POW/MIA's were not dead
and it should not be suggested at any cost that those lives were gone?
The soldier raised holy hell and was advised "we don't have a flag for
our dead". Well, through that soldier's exhausting efforts we do now.
7 years ago James Ortolani (Ghost
Soldier #3) created and founded the K.I.A. flag to honor our soldiers.
It has evolved to what we have today. Congress recognized this flag
three years ago, as has Bush. We have a letter from Congress
establishing that.
On the flag; The inner circle has a
wavy line through it. On one side of the line in the front is the M-14
stuck in the ground with the helmet for those K.I.A. On the other side
of the line in the back is a soldier coming forward for those who
D.O.W. (Died of Wounds from a battle). These flags are presented at
events for Posts and ALR runs laid out on a table with two or three
Permanent Black fine point Scriptos. Everyone who served had a husband
or wife that served or a family member they dearly remember that died
from the war is encouraged to sign anywhere on the flag.............
BUT! not inside the inner circle. That is sacred ground for the K.I.A.
and D.O.W.
Whatever K.I.A. product you buy, a
dollar of every item sold, is given back to the K.I.A. Trust Fund to
carry on giving to each American Legion Post that request it, a KIA
flag and to every family that has lost a loved one in defending our
way of life. These flags are taken to events prior to the giving to
assure that our vets are part of that flag that is presented.
To make it easier on us ole vets
trying to help other veterans we will make shipping costs the same for
each of these KIA items and set it at $2.50.
